Samantha has had a diverse career as a singer and actor in all facets of performance including theatre, film, concerts and corporate events.

Samantha played the role of Billy’s mother in the original Australian production of Billy Elliot. Her other music theatre credits include Romance/Romance. The Sound of Music, Chess, Fiddler on the Roof, South Pacific, Cats (Jellylorum/Griddlebone), The Boy From Oz (Sheena/Judy Garland),
The Hatpin (Harriet Piper) and Hello Dolly (Irene Molloy).

As a vocalist, Samantha has worked with many of the country’s finest musicians in line-ups including the B Sharp Big Band and The Daryl McKenzie Jazz Orchestra.

Her film credits include The Three Ages of Sasha, The Pinion and On the Cards.

Later in 2011, Samantha will appear in the new musical Strange Bedfellows.
